So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

Multiple relevant comments, but to the question as asked, "What would you do if your CSM was ignoring uniform and grooming standards?" my answer is simple. I'm of a rank that she would be working for me and she would either conform or face charges or dismissal.

Some women just have to prove a point in high position leadership. Sorry, thats how I see this woman. Shes definately on a power trip and that is UNACCEPTABLE in ANY leadership position!

I can’t believe she hasn’t been corrected on this. She isn’t just questionabley out of regulation, she is GROSSLY out. It’s beond belief that she hasn’t been called on it. I would go to my commander and and ask for this to be corrected. And up the chain if need be. It doesn’t take long to cause a big morale problem

Leaders are expected to lead by example. Perhaps this person got there rank too easily or had not sense of what it takes to truly lead.
Has the Army really changed that much that because she is a she; she can get away with this, then it is a sad day for the Army.

Pretty pathetic that people like this manage to weasel their way up the ranks because they think they are "special"...they are special...special ed......I know alot of 1st Cav guys that wouldnt put up with this.... my 7 yrs in the USMC also saw more POS's that were only good at one thing......being bellyaching douchebags......Marines never have any problem calling out anybody of any rank because if it's jacked up, it's jacked up......I say put her with some WM's (Women Marines) for a minute and they will square her away..... no harassment there she's gonna be able to cry about........

"claims she is being harassed" CLASSIC RESPONSE TO BEING OUT OUT OF LINE AND THINKING HER RANK PERMITS HER THE THE RIGHT TO IGNORE REGULATIONS. I would add that her Commander is also out of line for not correcting the situation.

It's pretty easy for those males to kick up a fuss about grooming standards since your hair needs to be short. The texture of this woman's hair requires length otherwise it would be an Afro all over her head. Shame on you for being sexist haters. It really isn't easy to obtain the rank of BDE Sargent Major. Where's the respect? I worked harder, longer and fixed crap that you males screwed up on a regular both in and outside the wire. You are petty and jealous of a woman who makes you look bad.

If ANY white male CSM would have tried half the crap that this black female did, he would have been relieved from command so fast your head would spin. But since it is a poor black female she can do what she wants. All she will do is cry racism, and then sexism. Yes our military is catering to EVERY racism claim, ever heard of a “shaving profile”? Those screaming the loudest are those which do not deserve anything, except a one way ticket home. There is no political correctness in our military anymore! A hard working White Anglo Saxon has no future or career anymore in our armed forces, sad. Blacks like her take advantage of the system wherever and whenever that can. I am glad that I am out of that racist, white Anglo Saxon hating environment. When will this stop? Never if we do not stand up and put an end to it! I am proud to be born a free White American! That statement should offend no one, yet empower those which it should. Try saying that to ones chain of command, and see where it gets you. But let one say all day that “ black pride”, “black power”, and all of those other oxymorons. Nothing will happen, except maybe this poor excuse of an Army NCO will probably pitch in with “death to whites “. Sad, sad, sad!
