So this CSM from the the 8th MP BDE seems to be out of regulations. From the comments she has been corrected but she claims she is being harassed. I don't even understand how she got to be a CSM at a BDE. What COL out there is letting this happen? In one of the photos she is wearing stilettos in uniform. WTF? What kind of example is this. The worst is from a Facebook user that said:

"This one!!!! Holy **** she was in charge of us in Afghanistan!! I could go on and on about this toxic leader!! Trying to maintain professionalism but this one.....when a CSM so jacked up like this, she was laughing her ass off during our rehearsal of my brothers ceremony after he was killed in Afghanistan, she f***ing yelled at me because I "took too long saying my goodbye " as I'm f***ing crying kneeling in front of it. This post will probably get me in trouble, and ruin the rest of my army career as well as my day and my army experience."

What would you do if you were there? What if you were on command?

What should the Army do about this?

(Thanks to Army MP WTF Moments and it's followers for the photos.)

**************UPDATE************************
The 8th Theater Sustainment Command CSM will be travelling to the 8th MP BDE to have some one on one time with this CSM. It is amazing as leaders will do when they are being called out. He should have done that a long time ago.

CSM at my time in the Military were at the top of respect, I guess standards are much softer now. You still must set the example when I comes to Army Standards, There is no doubt you do it, and if you’re in uniform the newest Pvt, Can and should call you out.

Poster Child for the 10% Shitbird contingent. Her superiors should be all over this unsat eyesore, doing it completely by the book with no malice or personal rancor.

Pull off to side and express your concerns, or do so in his Office and express your concerns. Keep it respectful and between you both.

My take is the USMJ must be maintained. I believe it is because of one mis step after another, & someone is NOT taking charge that should have the balls to stop this stuff. It happens because of weak very top leaders that allow this crap to happen. I can rant all I want to but the total FIASCO that caused 13 of our best in AFGHAISTAN to be KIA for NO damn reason, & others were injured, left behind,, etc. NO excuses! We had a sniper of our own that had this enemy insight, but the order never came, this action by itself will cause weakness in OUR ranks. The troops are not sure that their upper class is looking out for the best outcome for all of our troops, & there goes the Will to fight.
WAY to go WH! One last thing, The People expect their military to recruit the best for their protection,
why wouldn't they? GOD BLESS AMERICA!

As the Theater Sustainment CSM he should already being engaged and mentor those in his command. As a leader you must know those subordinates in your command.

Good Lord. That's what the chain of command is for; when someone is out of line you need to report up-chain. I was a Lt Col and will tell you this wouldn't fly on my watch.

I know of MANY women who have long hair yet were able to keep it perfectly withing standards while in uniform. If this were a PFC I can bet you bottom dollar she would have been called to task.
The Brigade Commander should be ashamed that this was allowed to take place as well as the CSM in the 8th sustainment command.
The Sgt Majors, 1st Sgts and SFC's are the keeper of the standards. Failure to enforce the standard creates a new lower standard. Totally unacceptable.
I was once in a unit that the 1SG did not maintain the standards or was too focused on some standards and ignored the rest of them. So in formation before a field exercise the new 1SG (Who took over after the previous one ended up getting relieved) had us open ranks and did an inspection of the entire battery, he actually postponed the field exercise until the next day as when he did his inspection, no one passed. (All sorts of infractions, LBE not set up properly, and many other uniform issues) He sent a hard message that 1st day. No inspections were needed like that ever again. All of the NCO's were brought to task. as it was the right thing to do. From then on a lot of standards were brought up and maintained.
Having good standards and maintaining them actually makes an NCO's and Officers lives easier. Failing to maintain standards is a death blow to a unit!

Need to report to the Brigade CSM. Some have suggestion boxes in lobby and would get everyone concerned to drop in box. The problem in the service is you go through all the schools, maybe even more and then diversify rears its head. They look at race and gender getting promoted and not respecting the position as the lifer rabbit hole goes. If was out of line in a ceremony, especially for a relative? I would go up and confront and I was an E4, but a highly respected E4 who knew people up the chain of command. Problem is she doesn’t report to you. All you can really do is have a talk with the battalion commander seeking advice and follow it. As a CSM she has connections too and as a CPT probably good to ignore and let the battalion commander handle. Or can address causing delays in promotions or make enemies. I spoke my mind, got away with and why list E4 instead of a NCO. Some places will tolerate, but she is the example. I was lucky to have a great brigade commander.
