What would you do if your Sergeant didn't know how to load a magazine?

I just saw this video and felt like I was watching a multi-car accident on the interstate. It just got worse as it went on. What made it so bad as this was a SGT. The Safety was professional as he could be. Hats off to him. When I heard her say "I'm not Active Duty" I would have kicked her off the range. I am glad the Safety told her that she was a soldier and that he was a reservist too. If I was her CO I would have do everything I could to reduce her. But I think if you have a NCO like this in your unit the unit itself has a lot of issues in the first place. What kills me also is that she has a combat patch.
What would you have if you were the Safety?
Just so you know that you know it is believed that they Safety was a SSG just the same as was the soldier trying to load the mag.

This NCO is beyond fuckery and should be sent to values training to teach a class on fundamentals of marksmanship.

someone definitely has NOT done their jobs. She needs a lot of remedial training, should have never made staff sgt when she could NOT even load a magazine.

I just saw this and why is she a Sgt in the first place? She should be a career boot trying to figure it out, how in the hell can you get out of basic without qualifying? Certinly if you don't know how to load it you can't fire it so you can't qualify, so no one loads it for you.

Assign her to a soldier,the next higher rank to train her how to use a weapon.

What’s really messed up about this is her stating she wasn’t active duty; which makes all Reservists or National Guard look as though we don’t know how to load a magazine. Pitiful! Not only would she be off my range, I’d have to question the SOB who promoted her to Sergeant.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't range safety everyone's responsibility? Instead of taking pictures shouldn't the person behind the camera call a "time out it cease fire"our whatever to call attention to it.

Okay, Active Duty or not, we all go through BCT, and therefore (if you didn't know already) learned how to handle a weapon and load a magazine. Now, how can an NCO expect to lead soldiers if she can't load a magazine...? Basic soldierization 101 here, how did this slip through the cracks?

I would kick her off the line & sent her back to her first line supervisor for re-training. It is just not that SGT's personal responsibility but also her unit's responsibility that she is properly trained. Being a reservist is no excuse. Do they allow her to drive vehicles she is not licensed for? Then why send her to the range when she has no idea what she is doing. She may have needed some additional instruction but that was still up to her immediate supervisor to train her up before she obviously embarrassed herself & her unit.

We had a female Sgt that was prior service from the Navy and she did crap like this. When she was told to keep the weapon up and down the range, she would spin 360 degrees and say what! As an NCO you are supposed to lead by example.

Hmmmm had a female troop who’s weapon was jammed and was told to put the weapon in the V notched stake turn with the weapon and point the weapon at my chest , I grabbed the end of weapon and the weapon came back and the butt of the weapon came back and hit her in the lip bloodying her lip , her LT wanted to give me Article 15 but my CO squashed that shit ASAP lolo
