When do the police arrive on the see of a 911 call

Statistics show that a majority of the time a 911 call is placed that responding officers arrive in time to hang the yellow tape. What are you thoughts? Mine.............It is better to be tried by 12 than carried by 6

I was shocked when I read the statistics but it clearly explains why all these Police Chiefs and Sheriffs have been directing their community's to buy firearms. My guess is the municipalities do not have the funds to put more officers on the streets and keep them trained up.

When seconds count the police are only minutes away. Sometimes longer in Tucson. Our city police are extremely undermanned and I have heard talk of sometimes taking hours to respond to calls for help.
