I say this prayer, "Lord, this is a heavy load. Help me carry it so I can regroup. Place it back on my shoulders to resolve with your guidance..."

When faced with something that seems insurmountable, what is your greatest strength that you call upon to face it?

I usually turn to my faith first and family second. When I have faced with things in the past that seemed insurmountable my faith kept me holding on and my family helped me push through, along with some therapy. I can't forget to add how the different therapists that I have talked to and programs I have gone through has also helped. It seems to be a pattern that when things that seem insurmountable come into my path that things get tough and I focus on whatever it is and forget about everything else and I start struggling with my mental health and then depending on the situation and how far things go can and do lead to that downward spiral and depending on the tools I have learned and different safe guards like faith, family, and friends depends on how far down that downward spiral I go. Luckily my wife has picked up on it more and more when I have felt "off" I think being back in my hometown has helped a lot in my mental health.
