The list isn't really of any use to you unless you believe you are at the very top 1% of your peers. The MQ list is NCOs with a perfect score in the board rating. The FQ list is absolutely everyone who was eligible, not disqualified. If you didn't get in trouble you're almost certainly Fully Qualified.
What you want is your OML. There is no OML list. Nobody has access to your OML number but you. Not your Branch manager, not your CSM, there is no hidden list that gets passed around. The only way to see your OML will be when it's released on your ACT

I know I have to wait for the OML number as it’s in ACT.. but it would still be nice to see if I or anyone I know are MQ.

SFC (Join to see) they will release the Prepo list about three days prior to the board release. You'll pretty much know who's going to be MQ, they are the people who have scored the highest in all rated fields of the board. For an 11B that's going to be RIs and DS who have an Associate degree, and a few other people filling broadening assignments with perfect NCOERs, military and civilian education and awards. Think, Audie Murphy club material and records. If you have any friends like that, they're probably MQ. If they aren't, they're going to be FQ.

Do you want the list early because you think you're one of the most qualified in the Army to have it early?

I would like to see if I or anyone I know are MQ. There is no OML list, so I’ll have to wait on that regardless as it’s in ACT.
