This is a fun survey to get an idea of how diverse we are as a service. Different regions of the US have different cultures and traditions, different speech patterns. However, it is interesting how much we grow as a person and service member when we are exposed to the world and other's views. So where do you come from?

MSG Brad Sand, my father-in-law is from Cedar Rapids, has a last name of Viktor, and of course, was part of the Bohemie community!

I do not recall knowing any Viktors...but I have not lived in C.R. since...well a long time. There is a large Czechoslovakian community...I think the largest outside of Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

COL Charles Williams and that right there is why I avoid cities. I have been stationed in RI since 2013 and never been to NYC except in passing through. It's a damn shame.

TSgt Marcus Ayala well, NY has almost the same amount of Puerto Ricans than the island itself so, it wasn't an actual bounce... more like an English version.

I was born in a very small town called Parkville, MN. It is now called Mountain Iron, MN. But most of  from there still call it Parkville. It is 4 hours north of the Twin Cities.
