Sleeping is super good. Sometimes though I just cant and wind up reading Rallybook all night. Then I am even more tired.

SFC Joseph Weber - My doc says if not sleep in 30 minutes get up and do something boring like reading. I like reading. Plus, I'm just conditioned to just lay there. Brain says it's dark and I'm suppose to be in bed. Habits are so hard to change.

This is more dangerous than you know, especially if it is undiagnosed Sleep Apnea. We had two very severe train crashes in the Northeast with casualties because of undiagnosed Sleep Apnea. You an pass out from that at any minute without warning and just wake up later not knowing what happened. Very dangerous if your driving a car, train or even flying an airplane. Some of the symptoms of sleep apnea are low energy, need to take more than one nap, getting up frequently during the night to use the latrine. In a lot of cases sleep apnea can be eliminated by just losing weight and getting in some form physical shape..........so it doesn't always mean a CPAP machine.

SSG Shavonde Chase - Yes but only slightly, losing weight and exercising. Done it in the past and it fixes the low energy issue as well as gives me approx 2 extra hours of awake time each day (sleep cycle shortens).
