I think this is a stupid post and find it offensive to the 25 brothers I lost and the hundreds physically wounded and more mentally during our 2010-2011 deployment with 3/5 in Sangin Afghanistan

Thank you for you apologie CPT William Beaver sorry I did not respond sooner, I understand your intention and there is nothing wrong with the idea of that. The reality of it set in as I was reading the responses and I was suddenly overrun by the rush of memories involving all my friends and family who went through the struggles during and after deployment. Thank you for understanding.

I Definitely Agree with You & Your comments. I am truly sorry for the loss of Your Brothers .
May they Rest In Peace with the other AMERICAN Military who ‘gave all’ for OUR Country.
My Uncle,
Ensign Eugene A. Greene, Squadron 6; ‘gave all’ during the Battle of Midway.

CPT William Beaver, I was following your intentions. That’s why I commented to begin with. Your sincere apology should be accepted graciously. I now see how this is a ‘raw’ topic. However, your intent was honorable.CH (MAJ) William Beaver

Sgt Dan Daly is the toughest Marine. One of only two Marines to be awarded the Medal of Honor twice. Learn more about this Bad Ass Marine at: http://www.badassoftheweek.com/daly.html
There are a lot of Chesty and Mattis sayings but Sgt Daly is remembered for the following. "Come on, you sons of bitches, do you want to live forever?" at the battle of Belleau Wood.
