There is new blood being drawn because Bibi won the elections. Before he won, he swore there would be no Palestinian State. Apparently, the Israel Voters sided with him. Since America and the "POTUS" are avid supporters of Israel, why would the Pres want to step on our Allies Toes??? I know there will be strong opinion, just please, be respectful.

This administration has shown a strong willingness to negotiate with terrorists. Berghdal is the one story of this administration negotiating with terrorists that still have me shaking my head. I think it is because of the liberals that put him in charge that fuels his agenda.

He went so far as to threaten to shoot down Israeli jets if the attacked Iran. Iran has sworn it will wipe Israel off the map, so much for any state in the region if that happens.

Although it cannot be proven, there is evidence to suggest that the POTUS is more willing to work with terrorists than he is to defeat them. His little token policies really do nothing more than get the left fired up to say "he is doing something"

Palestine is a magnet for terrorists and Israel has every right to defend itself, and as our ally, the United States should support it in ways other than bullying.

Now let the down votes begin, Please, if you do, have the courage to say why

God Bless
Steve

I love, Love, LOVE!!! Talk-radio host Dennis Praeger. Unlike the pompous airbags like Limbaugh, or the "out there" ramblings of Glen Beck, Praeger is refreshingly down-to-earth, never shrill, never loud, and always extremely well-researched, articulate, and prepared. He understands Israel and it's role and place in the World better than most Academics and State Department officials. As an American Jew, the relationship between the U.S. and Israel has been an issue of keen interest and importance to him his entire life. A favorite an frequent topic on his program is the dynamic at play between President Obama and Prime Minister Netanyahu. Bottom line, Obama has contempt for Netanyahu because Netanyahu recognizes evil and aggressively confronts it; those who do not confront evil always resent those who do.

SGM Charlie Fergurson - "I would also note that Obama is a pansy and a puppet!!!!! The WORST POTUS ever." This quote from above is what I was refering to "I would ask all service member that although you disagree with the Presidents policy to still uphold respect for the Office of the Commander in Chief." from a year ago. Charlie please call me Pedro, my approach is that we non serving members stop and think when serving members read our post, that these young service members see the ranks that we hold and assume if an NCO or Officer says this then I can too. Mentoring continues even once we retire or leave the service.

I wish people could see how beautiful Israel is. I got to go there last year and it was amazing. I know it is of topic but I just don't understand how there is so much turmoil over there. When we went to the Bazaar in the Old City. Everyone was living together, yes they had different sections for each belief but everyone worked well with each other. At least from what I witnessed.

Sorry, I just had to post that.

The conflict there has nothing to do with religion but everything to do with how the UN screwed a lot of Arabs over to create Israel. The reason there is so much turmoil and why we are involved is easy to figure out. It just takes research. Israel did not exist 70 years ago as a country but neither did Palestine. The UN, America being one of them, decided to partition land for Israel and Palestine so that each could be an independent state. In conjunction with this the British agreed to stop their mandate and letave the Palestinians to their own devices. So the UN resolution was made but the Arab nations that would be losing land did not agree to the terms. Israel did agree. The UN pushed and signed the resolution. The day after the signing Israel went to war with its bordering nations and took about half the land mandated for Palestine, displacing over 700,000 Arabs and since then has had the 100% backing of the UN and the United States. That's why they don't have peace and that's one of the many reasons America is hated in the middle east.

So as long as Israel continues to occupy Palestine land they will not have peace.

AND THIS POST ISN'T ANTI-SEMETIC IT'S HISTORY.

SSgt Randy Saulsberry, I agree with you on all points except your assertion that this has nothing to do with religion. It has everything to do with religion. Without religion, there would have been no impetus to establish this Jewish State in this precise location; without religion, people would have been content to merely go and resettle wherever they could.

SSgt Randy Saulsberry, and Maj Paul Hoiland, it is also history that during WWII Jews were denied safe haven in Cuba and the US, as well through out the world. Following the WWII the Jew that survived were permitted to relocate and then left to their own survival. The issue with Palestinians will only be resolved when both people politics aside seat down and dialogue.
