Why is this “protect each of them against Invasion” part of the Constitution not discussed in the new administrations border policy?

Section 4
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
Florida, Arizona, Texas and more are sending National Guard to the border, to stop a Invasion that the States are talking about on the internet. The federal administration, seemingly does not discuss or talk about article 4 of the Constitution to support and defend the states from this, and the fentanyl etc that is coming across.
Is Boroquez driving this?
The question is can I and 1 million plus other Americans randomly go to Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras, and get instant federal support?
And the new policy does not even consider the invasion of the fentanyl that is also coming across. Don’t you think that is large part of the reason that homelessness and crazy other issues happen when people do just even a little bit on accident, and it changes their life?
What about Domestic Violence caused by all the above?
Does not the new administration realize that the United States is a melting pot “We The People” and deserves not to be invaded by possibly dangerous things and suffer domestic violence?

Not a good answer, but it is possible the leftists simply ignore the parts of the constitution they disagree with or find inconvenient. And if the voters let them get away with it, then the constitution no longer matters. We have lost our democratic republic, I fear. The federal government has shown it can take every function of government assigned to the several states in the constitution, and we don't even blink.

Col,
Don’t you think that invasion of fentanyl through drug mules and a loose border, possible the number 1 reason for the president who swore an oath to defend the Constitution to enact

California Braces For Fentanyl Invasion
There are still a relatively small number of fentanyl-related deaths in the state, but they rose sharply in 2016.

I have no idea what you are babbling about. Don’t bother responding because I don’t care.

No Federal Help. States have to do it themselves. Fentanyl is pouring across the border.
