My 2015 ncoer was removed from hrc in 2 months because it was full of inaccuracies, but i can't remove my 2011 for failed h&w and apft because it is so far ago, My argument is since the 2011 wasn't relevant enough to qmp in 2012 thru 2015, How did it kill my career?

"Why should I need to appeal a bad NCOER that four earlier QMP boards didn't seem to have any problems with?"
Because that NCOER was reviewed by humans with a set of instructions 5 times, the four previous times instructions did not warrant a negative review or the humans did not perceive the report as meeting the instructions intent. The 5th time the instructions were different or the human reviewing perceived the report differently...and now, its an issue.
Id counsel you, do not waste time and energy trying to understand why 4 previous boards let the NCOER slide and the 5th did not.. but to deal with the here and now,

My issue is it wad the drawdown not QMP which is unfair especially since it took another ncoer to have it broght up but that ncoer was thrown out by hrc in 2 months and it's full of errors but i will continue to wait on the Pentagon.

How were your NCOERs in between '11 and '15?

MSG (Join to see) - It's up to ABCMR because the ncoer is past the 3 year mark so hrc can't change it, So once the 2015 was removed I was happy but they told me in order to stay in i got to remove the 2011, So now I am still waiting for them to decide
