If she is indicted, will she serve time in jail? If not jailed, ankle bracelet/house arrest. If she isn't indicted, I may have to start an anti White Liberal Privilege foundation.

To start, James Comey, the FBI Director, he is a respected, tough, principled man who doe not care about politics, and he can not look at this treasure trove of evidence, half of which is not public, without recommending an indictment (I give that a 95% likelihood). Then it gets down to Loretta Lynch, who does believe inn the law and is not the political hack Eric Holder was. How much will Obama intervene in Hillary's defense? I think after looking at a mountain of compelling evidence, he says indict or stays out of the way. (80% chance she is indicted).
The FBI and CIA depend on keeping their sources and methods secret, and these leaks are very dangerous and they will go ballistic if she is not indicted. Also public corruption is a huge FBI focus. I say adios to Hillary's presidential ambitions, but she will likely be pardoned by Obama.

Reality Check. No! When Her Husband was elected, I think he ranked him as the #50 Lawyer in the Country by the Law Reviews and she was #25 at the time. The Witch Hunt against her Husband just Burnished his image just as this will make her look like Political Tempered Steel to her Fans. If you are going against one of the Best Lawyers in the Country you better have your ducks in a row.

The wicked witch will never be indicted she is part of the swamp, and the swamp takes care of its own.

She is untouchable and knows it. Remember White water, Monica and her husband, Slick Willie. Yet, she still leads in the polls #WTF.
What really bothers me is the Families of the Fallen in Bengazi deserve better.

I don't get it.
All the Republicans say she has highly indictable offenses with evidence.
The Republicans control the House and the Senate.
Where is the Bill of Impeachment?

SPC Jan Allbright, M.Sc., R.S.
SSG Ray Strenkowski 1) Since when does the House need the DoJ permission to do anything?
2) Ms. Clinton was SoS in 2013 .. Why didn't the House file a Bill of Impeachment back then?

I don't think your following along. I realize I may not have been clear enough.
DoJ would be the ones who submit an indictment.
Why didn't the House Impeach her in 2013 (113th Congress)? Probably because while the Republicans owned the House - they did not own the Senate. Futile effort. They probably already knew she was leaving to pursue the White House as well. I'm sure that it was probably decided to apply pressure by committee and through the DoJ instead - Realizing that public opinion may have more effect than trying any criminal action which was probably not going to happen during this administration.

SPC Jan Allbright, M.Sc., R.S.
SSG Ray Strenkowski In a nutshell, there have been seven investigations, 13 hearings, 50 briefings, and 25,000 pages of documents. Out of all that why hasn't someone(s) come forward? With all that there should be overwhelming evidence of something don't you think? With all that investigation there should be a HUGE amount of evidence, even circumstantial to point to.

How much more do you really need? I really don't understand why folks chose to ignore the evidence already out there in plain view.
Since many of the emails she did release were heavily redacted (seems to me that says they are already admitting the information shouldn't have been on her email), and the 2 IG's have pushed for investigations into classified spills over unclassified networks... I think GEN Petraeus paid a price for MUCH less - and unlike her, he was a supremely competent leader.
