When correcting a soldier, are they still authorized to stop at 10, or keep going until they get the point of why they are being corrected?

SGT(P) (Join to see) From my understanding it is the corrective training has to fit what soldier did wrong. Not just to drop the soldier and make them do push ups. IE. late to formation, well then I take time away from them after the day. I have yet to read all through Army Regulation 600-20. So, I could be way off. Do others what to chime in.

That seems to be closer to what we have for EMI (Extra Military Instruction), which officially requires CO approval for us.

25 was the standard number. No need to specify then because everyone knew it. Ten? Pfffft...

Muscle failure is good for you! He can come back and thank you when he maxes the p.t. test and subsequently accumulates more promotion points.
