To maintain consistency with the existing badge structure, SFC (Join to see), all you really need is the THROATPUNCH clasp!

Does this come with different levels of qualification?

I think that all of the DIs at Parris Island have one of these badges. At least the one's that I had did! Hell, I think that it was a pre-requisite that all boots must get hit in the throat on a regular bases. I did many of times.

No,
I like it and I'll laugh. I see the humor in it, but this wouldn't acceptable in reality today.

Maybe not today, but it was a regular occurrence in the late 60s.

I believe it, but the military has evolved away from this, and personally Im glad. At the start of my career, i was far from the model soldier and wouldn't a few throatpunches I'm sure. Nothing sayin some couldn't use or deserve a good throatpunch, but let's a different route. Most of the time, the interstate isn't the only to arrive at a destination

You are right, but sometimes the interstate is the quickest way to your destination!
