What are your professional and personal views on the right and the duty of active and retired military to disobey illegal or unconstitutional orders? (Ref. UCMJ, Articles 90, 91, 92; and the Fourth Geneva Convention.)
For instance, in the event a sitting U.S. President loses an election in the electoral college, and as a means to stay in office declares martial law or invokes the 1807 Insurrection Act, should you obey such an order? Would you individually be willing to comply?
Let's have a frank and friendly discussion on this vital topic....

No. My oath included defending the Constitution; therefore, I could not obey an unconstitutional order.
I would immediately after that, however, see an attorney.

No. My oath included defending the Constitution. To me, that
"trumps" an unconstitutional order from my commander.

You obviously do not even know what the Constitution is! Read and understand it and you will see that the Deep State that truly runs this Country is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
Stop being a useful idiot!

Obedience to unlawful or unconstitutional orders is itself a punishable violation of the UCMJ, so we have a duty, not just a right, to disobey illegal or unconstitutional orders.

That is easy to answer now, No I would not. I would also believe my young self would not have. My oath IS to protect this country and the Constitution from enemies with out, and within.

How do you determine who is the enemy within? Those who try to follow the Constitution or those who use propaganda to convince you that they are the true believers? How can you tell if you have not even studied or read what is written in our Bill of Rights, Constitution, and the Federalist Papers?

Hell no, this order is truly illegal, if you obey it's straight to the Hauge, for a date with your own personal war crimes trail...

What has he got to do with it. I should wait while you decide if President Trump will approve your decision. Glad you aren’t in charge

Yeah, my skipper got frozen for protecting us and himself to the battalion C.O. In Skipper's defense, in retrospect, he was massively messed up with PTS. I don't think the LTC ever heard an angry shot
