Once walked through chest high blue and it looked like the ground was moving on the other side. Leeches. A lot of them.

Holy crap. How do any of you guys have any necks, backs, or knees left. I see about eighty pounds of gear...and only the rubber on the end of the rifle is missing. You guys were just tough as nails. And I bet most of you weighed 150 or less. Salute!

2 frags, 2 smokes, 1 claymore,1 pound c4, 200 rounds 60 ammo, 22 mags m16 ammo. 11 quarts of water and enough food for 3 to 5 days. Blowing up an air mattress got old. Got hold of a compact hammock. Dangerous sleeping off the ground and kept the bugs off.

My Buddy who was at Hue when TET happened said he and his buddies used your B 52 craters to hide in. So on his behalf, I thank you.
