We ought to invite the ROCs instead, they're the ones we're supposed to be defending in case of war with PRC anyways.

We still have a lot more rules and paperwork to do before an operation.... I think we are still working on getting approvals for the War of 1812!!!! FYI, Geo Washington was the first HUMINT source handler or runner of spies. Great history.
