From Admiral to Author: James Stavridis Offers Advice to Military Writers

Loosely working on something, a personal account of the COVID mission and the issues Soldiers create for themselves or leaders create for Soldiers in non-combat theater.

I have thought a time or two to sit down to write but have so many other things on my plate it just never happens. I guess when the time comes I will take the opportunity.

I write for enjoyment and it will remains so. Often I have to read a few references to create the big overview. For example the US first strategic objective in the Pacific War was protecting Australia and her shipping lanes. How was this accomplished and what were the repercussions?
