Boonie Caps Permitted for Soldiers at Fort Bliss But Remain Unauthorized for Rest of Army Bases

We wore boonies with PTs in Kuwait to protect us from the sun. The Beuhring SMG had a fit. Our Battalion Commander blew him off. A happy day in the Army! lol
