It's great to see events like this. The fact that there are posts for Veterans to meet at is something I am very happy to know exists in this country. Being able to sit down, share a beer, a meal, and stories provides a great resource to our veteran community.

Our American Legion Post also was established in 1919 and is still going strong and we even have a social Veteran's coffee every Thursday morning all year round. Yu don't have to be Legion Member just a Veteran and You can bring a guest in with you. Our Post is now 104 years old. We still have one WWII Veteran still alive and active in the post who is 97 years old. The active Membership a few from the Korean Wat, a lot from Vietnam and now more recent wars such as the Persian Gulf etc. which are a welcome addition to keep us an active post and pick up some of the leadership positions they are needed in.
