Memorial Day in Millis, 28 May 2018 with Guest Speaker, Sgt Thomas Barry, USMC Veteran. The grand Marshall fo the Parade was Millis Resident Pasquale Vaccaro, Sgt, USMC (Ret) a veteran of the Korean War Member of Millis Post 208, American Legion and also the Millis Chapter, military order of the Purple Heart. Sgt Barry's father in law, who was also present had served in Korea with Sgt Vaccaro in the same unit within the 1st Marines.

For certain and even going back to the French and Indian wars, American Revolution and right up to the present. We even have two Medal of Honor holders, who were Millis Residents buried in our town Prospect Hill Cemetery Four veterans' of My own family from WWII, and Korea are also buried there.
