southwest Virginia, west central Virginia and southeast West
Virginia.

There is a low probability for widespread hazardous weather.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Strong and gusty west to northwest winds can be expected at times
Sunday through Tuesday, mainly in the higher elevations. A Wind
Advisory will likely be needed for part or all of this time period,
especially across the higher terrain of the Blue Ridge.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Georgia, piedmont
North Carolina, western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms developing east of an approaching
cold front may cross northeast Georgia and the Upstate of South Carolina
during the early morning hours before reaching the I-77 corridor of the
western Carolinas around daybreak. Cloud-to-ground lightning and locally
heavy rainfall will be the main threats with any thunderstorms. However,
any lines of showers and thunderstorms that form will have the potential
to produce very gusty winds, with an isolated severe thunderstorm
possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.
