SFC (Join to see) Sadly that's been my experience with a large Corporation... we Unionized our Dept. ... never looked back.

..."One complaint, filed on Aug. 26, relates to accusations of retaliation, discipline and discharge, while another, filed on Sept. 1, alleges threats and promises of benefits. The board's website says it investigates all charges filed with the agency, and if it determines the complaint has merit, it tries to broker a settlement or pursues legal action against the accused."

In my opinion the Labor Board is only interested in mediating plea bargains and not fixing the root trouble.

SFC (Join to see) Big corporations something think they don't have to follow the rules because they have the money to fight complaints. My guess is they will settle out of court for an undisclosed amount to make this go away. I doubt it will change anything. To Apple it is probably just a cost of doing business.
