Army JROTC cadet saves life in shooting, receives Medal of Heroism

A teenage future Army officer hopeful put his pre-military training to work, helping save the life of a family member that led to an ROTC Medal of Heroism from the U.S. Army Cadet Command.
On Aug. 17, Kaheem Bailey-Taylor went to a family member’s birthday party in his hometown of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, according to an Army release.
