Interesting article about a soldier stationed in Korea who who was born in the US to a Nigerian diplomat and is not subject to US birthright laws. Apparently he enlisted fraudulently and the Army is discharging him due to his fraudulent enlistment. They wanted to send him back to Niger but now they are allowing him to return to his home in Houston but CBP says they may not let him in! I normally feel that if they serve, they are good to go with me but not if you fraudulently enlisted.

I agree with you, SFC William Farrell, but I'll bet someone from the State Department reaches out to the Department of Homeland Security and he ends up right here in the good ole USA despite the fact that mommy and daddy are in Niger!
