Every Third Political Party has accomplished nothing other than drain votes from one of the major parties and swing the vote to a marginal candidate. If we can't take back our own parties, how can we take back America?

The problem in Congress seems to be the two-party system. But a third political party would make it difficult for one party to dominate Congress.
