Stand down! It's a fake site. Notice the url. It's abcnews.com.co. NOT abcnews.com. What sham sites do is take the name of an official business, and register it with a .co domain. Then they count on people to not notice the .com.co ending, and they think it's real.
But the thing is, that some on the right have been fed such outrageous BS about Obama for so long that their BS detectors have been overloaded and they can't recognize even the most obvious bullshit. Like a president signing an order to limit gun ownership to three guns. Come on, people! Use a little critical thinking and common sense! ;)

What a surprise. Someone heard some bullshit about Obama and just assumed it's real. That never happens!
