Thanks SPC Robert Coventry, I am not Airborne but I wear the 101st patch as my combat patch from Vietnam. I was proud to have served with them.

Be proud and wear it, SFC William Farrell. Go with what you’ve got! I know many soldiers that wear the SF SSI on their right shoulder. They’re neither SF nor airborne, but that’s who they supported and where they were assigned.
One last thing. Airborne All The Way!

Do you all know about Airborne Beer? The is a brewer in Belgium (I think) that brews a beer called Airborne Beer in commemoration to honor our fathers who liberated Europe.
