It doesn't really matter if he was one armed or had no arms. It doesn't take arms to make you a killer or plan a massacre. It takes a sadist.

Yes the Chechen terrorist who trained Russian-speaking militants, had a long history of supporting terror and was known as “Akhmed One-Arm” seems to be responsible SGT (Join to see).
Hopefully he will meet his maker very soon and get the shock of his life which will last for all eternity as he spend it in eternal torment instead of the bliss he is expecting :-)
