Damn! That's way too many!

NOT to understate the problem, but the numbers are probably low considering how many trainees and cadre are involved. One is too many, but I don't think the services need be ashamed; concerned, YES; but not ashamed. I was surprised that recruiters were involved, but thinking about it, not so much surprise. No doubt a lot of the incidents were mutually consent; but the NCO/Officer/Cadre is and SHOULD BE held to a very high standard.
