It's another example of him making a snap judgement and even when evidence is later shown to prove that judgement to be wrong, him not changing his opinion. That is a disasterous quality in a POTUS. If the POTUS can't react to a changing reality on the ground, we are going to be in for a rough time.

An ugly, ugly case...exoneration and an eventual huge settlement later can in no way take the sting from this one.
