Millennials want it now! That's why they were so upset when Bernie Sanders didn't get nominated for Democratic presidential candidate because they were hoping for a free college education and when Hillary Clinton picked up on that promise that's they're hoping for two. Do you want a free college education join ROTC or join the Army Reserve or active duty and put your dues in. You don't get something for nothing! If you don't want to serve your country, apply for a scholarship.

OMG!!! I have to say, we have a business office coordinator at work (millenial), a few weeks ago I had to reschedule an interview, (I had something come up at the last minute), well the person called back, spoke to her and questioned why I rescheduled. She came back to ask me, saying it looked bad on me that I didn't give a long drawn out explanation as to why! Then she got pissed when I told her to stay in her lane, I don't have to explain my actions to her or the applicant, and if she continued down that path, she can call the applicant back and cancel the interview all together. She didn't talk to me for 2 days, (it was a heavenly 2 days) LOL
