A firearm is considered an antique if it was manufactured before 1899 and does not use fixed ammunition, or if it is certified by the curator of a municipal, county, or state museum in the United States to be historically significant. He's a Collector... PERIOD!

SGT James Murphy In this case that's not gonna fly and you know it as well as I do. It's got to be some CA specific law that he's being charged under. Either one that will be found to be unconstitutional or already has been but the Cali leftist are ignoring the finding to make news.

SGT (Join to see) - I don't know why anyone would continue to live in that state. I damn near moved out there in the 80's when the housing market collapsed and you could get 1.5 million dollar homes for 750K. Two years later the realtor called me and said the property we were looking at just sold for 3Mil. Could have made a killing but couldn't stand the politics and the crazies....

I'm sure we'll read all about the supposed illegality soon. And I have to ask. What's wrong with owning a million rounds? Especially if they were purchased legally?
