Did you see this in the article- or just commenting on an issue related to having or one that was effective? And is it cyber security or computer security we had - and at what point is it we began to grow to cyber? Was not 2002...

More so - this is a great article - and very good read of the situation and where we need to go form where we are at. And while we are working on the basics of security - the real aspects of IO and IW is in the coordination of offensive operations.. not just defensive or network ones.
