Always the tightrope politicians walk. We need compromise to get things done but the base on both sides wants ideological purity which just isn't how our system was designed to work.

Politics is the art of compromise. The Democrats have finally realized that they will have to give something to get something for the Dreamers, and Dreamers aren't in to compromising. They want what they want, and nothing less.
