3-Judge Panel Strikes Down MD Private Property Concealed Carry Ban

I wonder if MD is going to appeal to SCOTUS. This is the second time the ruling has been against the State. There is a case in front of SCOTUS at present Concerning Hawaii, for the same thing. Well find out some time this year.

A great ruling! If private property is open for public use, there should be no issues with concealed carry.
