Tony Holland according to the left we were at Trump’s level before Trump was elected. Another fun liberal diatribe that gives me a laugh. The left sits around and denigrates America all the time. We are a racists society. We Elect a black President and our Black President’s attorney general rubs our nose in his opinion we won’t confront race issues. The first Black President sits around and laments that so many Americans are xenophobic Bible clingers hanging onto guns, some vast ignorant subclass. The world is told by liberals how we exploited the resources of poorer nations, supported oppressive governments that enslaved them etc. We (and the world) is repeatedly reminded of how ignorant we are. So the image of America presented to world by liberals is we are ignorant oppressive resource sucking scum. It was so bad President Obama went on a world wide apology tour. Now these same people who sat around for years tearing down America in the eyes of the world are concerned about Amerca’s Image in the world? Yeh, right. As the British would say “ bugger off”.

Trump was a towering inferno long before he was elected...
I'm retired and live overseas .... I have a lot of expat buddies who are Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, German and one French guy.... To a man these Europeans didn't like Trump long before he was elected.... The Norwegian said he didn't like Trump because Trump said he would pull out of NATO.... the other's agreed... I asked, "Why should Trump stay in NATO if only three countries have paid their dues....?" They still hate Trump.... but they understand the man. It's America first.... Something they have to get used to.... or not at all.... Up to Them.

NATO has been paying their dues, in blood, during three deployments I was out the wire with NATO units along with us, it is wrong to accuse NATO of not paying money when they in fact pay in blood. So for those politicians that talk about money, please enlist and deploy and see for first hand NATO.

That's interesting CPT Pedro Meza..... I took my argument to my European friends after looking up information on Google about dues being paid.... I never imagined their troops being sent anywhere if their dues weren't paid... I'll look again and then take my argument back to them on Monday....
I have discovered that Europeans my age (70's) do not like to talk about war or violence... Most were born during or right after WWII. They spent the first part of their lives living in 'rebuild' mode.... Some of their stories are remarkable.... but I will try to find out (from them) how many European troops are deployed here and there.... Thanks for the heads up.

Back at you Pedro Meza. I ran across a Swedish friend and a friend from the Netherlands this week.... The Swedish friend said he didn't know if Sweden sends troops to participate in NATO... My friend from the Netherlands said that the Dutch send troops but their roles are well defined... They would only be involved in combat at a last resort...
I could look it up on Google or any other search engine but I prefer to ask my friends who may or may not have a well informed answer... At least their answers won't be fake news...
