Yes. He's going to get less-capable volunteers if this continues. Only sycophants will volunteer to fill a space where genuine, capable men get fired.

I think he is jealous of genuine and capable people. Syncopantes seem to be what he wants. From the sound of it McMasters and Kelly are likely to go soon aslo.

I didn't think Tillerson was a good choice for this position in the first place......I thought he would be a stooge for Trump. Apparently, Trump thought so too. But Tillerson did seem to be growing in the role of Secretary of State, and dared to speak truth to power when he disagreed with Trump. That is totally unacceptable to our POTUS, so Tillerson had to go. Apparently, only "yes men" need apply to the Trump administration.

Not to discredit Mr. Pompeo but I hope he’s not a “yes man.” Not saying that he is but I just hope he brings credibility back to the state department
