Good. I watched the video yesterday and she has a potty mouth. Was a real stretch hearing her talk about professionalism in between f bombs while in uniform. Just seeing her explained why she might not get a positive response from her subordinates. A definite attitude.

When I see dumpster fire like this Airman I am very glad that we didn't have this when I was a Private. Not because of racial crap but because of the crazy, safety violation crap and comments about our own leadership back in the day. You would think with all the examples of why its not good to video yourself and post it that they would learn. She does have some clown eyebrows going for her, but I guess she is within AF regs :)

I actually agree with you Top. I've said some remarks in my time, been on the receiving end of others, but you would never catch me or anyone I know dry snitching on ourselves a video. Sign of the times I guess. If we did, I remember smoking bags very well, and mine would be extra crispy when 1SG gets done ensuring I know how stupid I was, and how he will not stand for it. The CO would read me my Art15 and have me sigh it while low crawling.

Depends on how many years in service she has but she will not be promoted back past TSgt (E6). If she is under 15 years TIS, her career is likely over and will be HYT'd at 15. If she is over 15...she will HYT at 20.

She'll be allowed to retire as a Staff? That is really weird. If I got busted back to SGT (E5) from Staff (E6), and I was almost at 15, I'd be gone being I'm gonna hit RCP (HYT). If I was over 15 and busted to SGT, I would be gone again being I hit RCP (HYT) at the previous rank. There would be no recovering from it either way in uniform.

SSG Warren Swan - she would be allowed ONLY if she was OVER 15 years or makes TSgt again BEFORE 15 years (unlikely if she has over 10 years TIS).

SSG Warren Swan - In the Air Force, SSgt is an E-5. She probably won't Technical Sergeant (TSgt/E-6) again.

SFC (Join to see) - I was trying to compare the situation to one of ours since I don't know the ins and outs of the Air Force. I would be sent packing if I took that hit from Staff to SGT either way. I'd be barred on the low, RCP'd in the middle, and admin sep on the high side. No matter what I wouldn't see Staff again, and any chance at retiring would be long gone.

I do wonder if they would make her join the reserves or NG. I've had Joes get chaptered or hit RCP and wind up in the NG or reserves.
