Not Stealth Per Se but the angles are Stealthy. Combines the Best Aspects of a Standard Container Ship, Roll On/Roll Off and an Amphib. Pretty Cool! Trying to Find any Unique Electronics, Antennas, Weapons but I Don't See Any.

I found pictures of the pre-modification version. As stated in the article, they added a bunch of new stuff. The modification that stands out the most to me is the new radome. It looks similar to what we use in the AF for satellite communications.

It’s an interesting ship, that’s for sure.

The say it’s a RO-RO mod... my question is this.

Looking at the pic, could that large space also be a well deck as in LSD/LST?

Yes they are using this kind of as an MPF, and a floating OPS/TOC center makes since, they can operate any type of operation off of it with all the equipment needed form special Engineering equipment needed for HA/CA, and Disaster Recovery OPS, too ground Combat transpiration equipment like MRAP's MATV's, and even Stryker, and maybe a tank or two. They will also be able to have RIBBS, and a MARK V for SWCC and maybe a MARK VI for Riverine. This will enable them to have a forward deployed and extremely versatile vice have team all over on launch bases. Look at this way SOC can now be from over the horizon on their own. We worked out at Blount Island helping with MPF, when I was at NAS JAX, we had two CEC Officers that worked out there for our portion of MPF, and they told us something about SOC doing this, and we would have our SEAL support equipment and some small assets from NMCB's for support missions.
