So here is what we learned yesterday: training exercises are a waste of time and money. But military parades? Now those are necessary expenses and uses of manpower. Everyone got it? This is the world according to Trump.

This is a result of Trump going there unprepared, and shooting from the hip. It would never occur to him that South Korea may have some concerns and would need to be consulted.
