She has a valid case for discrimination. If they are allowing men to have tattoos that could be visible but denying women for similar tattoo locations then that’s a problem. The examiner’s response: they could order you to wear a skirt could be considered a sexist statement.

I could give a rats about tattoos. I personally don't have any and won't get them because I don't want anything permanent on my body...i.e., that eagle today will be a buzzard in 30 years! However, as long as they aren't racist, or offensive, let people do what they want with their skin...as long as they have my back and they know I have theirs in a firefight, we are good. Ink has nothing to do with that. IMHO
