Please, it is not about that at all. He did the crime, paid his time. He is claiming unfair prosecution under the specific part of the law. Same with Dinesh Joseph D'Souza. Being singled out and only ones prosecuted by the Obama Administration.

True enough, we agree

"President Biden is facing a Department of Justice investigation after his lawyers found classified documents at his Delaware residence and an office in Washington, D.C."

And this one from 2013 where he violated the law
PO1 William "Chip" Nagel , I know you remember the briefings and the documents you signed before being read on each and every time and so do I.... What would they have done to YOU if you had taken those documents out of the SCIF into a media press conference?

Wrong is wrong guy. Deal with it. He was not "singled out" and there was no unfair prosecution.

But that means taking responsibility for your actions. He's a "young kid" and fresh out of school....at 35 (young right?), a PO1, and a NCO.
