I foresee an increase in the amount of 29-day leave chits.

Heh, that's clearly one of those "you can't use cannabis if you're in one these positions" sort of things. Since that's how long it takes for it to not be detectible via urinalysis.

PO2 Robert Aitchison yeah, I know. I wanted to take a month of leave this year and got denied because they're very uncomfortable with leave of that length.

DOD can watch all day long. Until the government takes if off the schedule list and openly decriminalizes it, we’re stuck. Sessions has already said he’s against it and has taken steps to go after states that have legalized it already.
To the blokes up north, glad you have someone to listen and a more op minded government. If the US can’t control, tax, and fine it, it’ll be made illegal instead.

Of course the government CAN control and tax it, the problem is money from various lobbying groups (primarily the prescription drug industry as well as law enforcement & prison guard unions) make sure that they won't.

PO2 Robert Aitchison Excellent, Sounds Good to Me. I think it was stupid the US Navy ending the Grog Ration. There was a Reason I could Count on My Entire Mat Shop disappearing to the Commonwealth Ships to "Visit" when We were in Port Together.
