"U.S. military members were seriously injured and killed by IEDs and EFPs during the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. It was learned by the Department of Defense that several of the IEDs and EFPs that were used in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars were supplied by Iran.

Under federal law, Americans injured in such attacks have the right to file IED lawsuits against Iran and banks that supported the state sponsor of terrorism.

If you or a loved one was injured or killed by an IED in Iraq or Afghanistan, you may be entitled to compensation. The deadline to file these lawsuits is approaching."

Right Alan K.! I likento keep an eye out on class actions and was shocked to see this one up! Thought some battles and contractors could benefit from it.
