I believe the FACE laws to be unConstitutional. That said, if they were in a private building blocking the door, they were wrong to do so. Had they done this on the public sidewalk without blocking the door, I would support them one hundred percent!

So they were inside the business itself doing all of this? Doesn't seem to be a freedom of religion issue but more of an issue with blocking access and trespassing. Freedom of Speech, Protest and Religion is alive and well but there are limits of what you can do. You can't physically block someone from access to medical care and I would imagine there is a trespass charge floating around there too.
