Full circle - perhaps - but not understanding half the journey is probably as dangerous as the circle itself. And once more - as we are focused everywhere else... the powder keg for a major war.... is in the Balkans. Once more alliances are in play, and pan Slavism, and all that is missing is Serbian desires for expansion...
