Capt Dwayne Conyers Only time You'll see a Capt as an XO is on a Carrier. Usually a CO in their own right or even a Squadron Comodore of Several Ships. Outstanding on the Stinking Lincoln, My Son in Law Served on Stinking Lincoln and I went to Fiery Vigil/Desert Storm/Southern Watch with the Lincoln Battle Group. Grooming to be the Next CO of the Lincoln or another Carrier. Anything else would be a Let Down.
