Thank you for sharing, my friend Lt Col Charlie Brown. To be honest I am surprised you are posting a Coke advertisement instead of coffee :-)
I prefer joy which springs from within.
I smile with many people each day. We have a few young people who are spending significant time here at my mother-in-law's home.
Here is an image of "my" M-151 jeep after a brotchen run as I was a Reforger controller in 1982.
In those days I kept a case of coke nearby since coffee was not always available.
Now that I am an adult diabetic I rarely ever drink any Coke of other soft drinks.

Those sweets tend to catch up with people... some more than others LTC Stephen Ford.,, When younger, parents would give carbonated beverages .... but seemed like e’time I turned around after having the beverage they were shoving a cup of water in my face..
It seems they were trying to flush it
Out... it must of worked.. I’m 65-1/2 and not diabetic. I don’t partake of them like I used to.
Can’t stand diet soda ! Yech !
Sweet roll occasionally.. stop and get one.. Shell gas station/store in Village of Clinton before I get to U.S. 12(Mi. ave). it’s big enough I can make it last to Saline (15 mi or so)... When having to do baker time.. I got so I didn’t want to see a
Sweet yeast roll.. or cake. Pie was s little harder to stay away from ..
I had bought a pie at a bakery that I wanted to copy.. didn’t have I phone them days... didn’t always carry a camera. So I bought the pie and took it back and locked it in
The baker took locker.. three other guys had key to that locker.. So I went to NC and bought a combination lock I could set I used our building number for the combo..
So I went in and found they cut my lock off .. it’s not a gov’t issue lock they said.. public health medics wanted to check it oh yeah, your pie got confiscated. It wasn’t properly chilled.. so they tookit back with them.. yeah.. so they could eat it ! I thought i’d Remember pretty good how it looked : 3 berries..in it streusel topping.. and white swirl icing on top .. done by holding strainer over and have supper with icing pouring
It over with frost’g running through holes in strainer.. oh heck one more thing to have to clean.. Soafter that I tilted dipper slightly
And let it dribble down over pies.
Apple streusel pie with caramel dribble Was good.. The Airmen liked that.. We had some bean-counter coming in and thought we could save $$ by getting from venders some of our goods.. He was a civilian .. ticked me off and I told him where to shove his calculator and probe stick ... no cuss words,. Just $.50 words
For the anatomy.. (medical terminology ). He didn’t come back but filed a grievance through
The HRD Who passed it to some military person.. high up.. that brought it to us and my supervisor to me .. They suggested the Military use the standard Art 134!..
I told them .. now I think of it.. nobody was in the a.o. Except him and I, so who’s to say I said anything at all ? His word against mine... That was in Aug ‘84. Shortly before I had another concussion in the kitchen... that was middle Sept .. near end of month I was at hospital getting poked and prodded. And I had a small stroke and they related that to both the concussion and TBI. So I got boarded again .. permanently.
They told me that guy said new affirmed I cursed at him. And I said who said I cursed at him .. I never seen him ! They told him what happened .. he didn’t get any satisfaction .. They couldn’t discipline me if I difn’t know what happened. Sure I do now .. it takes years for some things to return.. and some never do !

That's a great commercial. I have done business with The Coca-Cola Company on and off for 25 years. They have great marketing and commercials.
